Join us for a Speyside Special Release Tasting that has been carefully curated by Dr Stuart Morrison, Whisky Specialist, to showcase the depth and range of flavour that can be found in Speyside and in the annual Special Release collection.

The annual collections are made up of impeccably crafted, rare and precious natural cask strength Scotch whiskies from across our distilleries. Exquisitely collectible, these drams push the boundaries of flavour. In this experience you will be able to taste 6 drams Stuart has selected from collections past to present, including Benrinnes 21 Year old Single Malt Whisky from the 2024 collection.

Dr. Stuart Morrison is someone who loves Scotch whisky. The taste, the story, the history, and the joy of working in an industry where no two days ever feel the same.

His day-to-day focus in on innovation, single malts and cask maturation, and is part of Diageo's 12-strong Whisky Specialist Team based in Menstrie. His days are largely taken up nosing cask sample after cask sample, allowing the creation of new single malt innovations and cask experiments, as well as looking after and maintaining various whiskies within Diageo's single malt portfolio. Stuart also gets to spend time collaborating with teams at Diageo's Brand Homes, helping create new distillery exclusive liquids as well as developing cask experiences.
