Your day begins with a visit to the malting plant that supplies our barley - a facility rarely open to guests – before returning to the distillery to explore the full production process and enjoy lunch provided by the renowned Dowans Hotel.

Discover the care, skill and time invested at every stage and gain a deeper understanding of what goes into crafting The GlenAllachie whisky.

Guided by our Warehouse Manager, Lindsay Cormie, you will tour selected warehouses and enjoy a dram or two straight from the cask. Later, join our Master Blender, Billy Walker, alongside Assistant Blender Ronan Currie, for an immersive blending experience, exploring the art and science behind the making of a GlenAllachie whisky.

Under their guidance, you’ll craft your own bespoke blend, take home a personalised bottle, and receive a record of your unique recipe.
